Edit Pulse Survey

To be able to edit or delete a pulse survey once its uploaded.

App crashed multiple times and then proceeded to post the same pulse survey multiple times. There is no option to delete the duplicate entries of this survey. There is no admin panel for this within the browser and there should be, instead of only being available in the app.
