Employee Performance - Quarterly Check in notes Merged

When preparing for a check in it would be helpful to be able to create the check in for a future date so that the manager and employee can prepare their notes for the check in.

At the moment when you create a check in it will be for the date that you created the check in, you can't create a check in for a future date.

Describe the Challenge It will help the employee and manager to prepare their notes on the system prior to the check in
