Currently, any deductions within Employee Personal Tab > Salary > Deduction for ride to work or tech scheme have to be deleted from PeopleHR when the repayment is complete. This means there is no historic record of the employee having ride to work or tech scheme and also it affects payroll because there isn't a window period to set the repayments months for the schemes.
It would be great if you could add start and end dates for these schemes to allow the deductions to stop automatically and not feed through to Access Payroll post the end date in error.
Perhaps if start and end dates are included in PeopleHR, historical data could be available too, as we would not need to delete the schemes when repaid.
Describe the Challenge | Have visibility of historical data for tech and ride to work schemes and most importantly have the ability to stop deductions when schemes end rather than stopping them manually by deleting the schemes. |
