ATS: Conditional follow-up questions dependant on answers

It would be useful to have a function to allow for conditional follow-up questions depending on the answer given by an employee. For example, if an employee answers "yes" to having a drivers licence, the follow up questions might be "issue date", "expiry date" and "vehicles types".

This would significantly improve the experience for both the recruiter and the candidate. At the moment we are building a lengthy 'questions' section, but in reality some of the questions will only be relevant to some candidates depending on their answers. It will make the 'questions' page less overwhelming for candidates and more sleek to use. It also gives a better impression of the Company as it would have more of an up-to-date and efficient feel.

In addition, for us we are a highly regulated industry and therefore there is information that we must know and it must be exact, at the moment some questions cannot be marked as mandatory due to not being applicable to every candidate. However, this creates issues when candidates for whom the question does apply, does not answer. We are having to follow up outside of the system to find the information. This wastes a lot of our time. We need the mandatory follow up questions to be conditional and only appear when applicable.
