Access Rights / Leavers

I've noticed that when I grant my team member access to everything except managers' records, those records become visible to them once the manager leaves the company.

It would be ideal to have the ability to filter access rights based on whether an employee is currently active or a leaver.

Additionally, having a role-based tagging system (e.g., 1 = Entry-level, 2 = Experienced, 3 = Team Leader, 4 = Supervisor, 5 = Manager, 6 = Experienced Manager, 7 = Senior Manager, 8 = Head of Department, 9 = Director, 10 = Board Member) would be useful. This would allow us to restrict access based on roles rather than manually reviewing each employee, department, or task.
