Link that brings employees to a document in the company document section

We send a lot of all staff emails internally. Those usually point towards a policy - we love the AI tool in the company my document section and would like to migrate to it fully however our old policy storage (SharePoint) allows us to give a link to a specific document in the SharePoint relevant to the email. If we don't add the link we get lots of people saying they can't find the document etc. if there were links to share the the Access peopleHR company document section that would be really handy then we could fully migrate our police usage .
