When we add a new hire we are forced to upload our basic policies to sign off individually every time. Is there a “files” sections somewhere on PHR were we can store these documents?
I agree! We upload our company handbook to every new starter, as well as a vehicle/driver handbook that requires signing against - it does waste time having to drag and drop these each time. It would help if we could allocate the company documents to individuals.
