We want users to update their own training records or qualifications via a logbook. Currently, when they upload a file (copy of certificate), they can see the full list of document locations, including ones that we want for admin only, i.e. disciplinary. I would like to suggest that the system allows administrators to set up document folders that have restricted access and, therefore, limit the document locations that users can see.
This could be done by adding the function to tick that the folder is private (for HR admin only) which is already a feature for logbooks
