Different set of application questions dependant on role or organisation

Hello.


Currently at the moment, the ATS allows for a set of questions to be added to the advert on a singular basis either through manual upload or through the copy from function when a new role has been added. When this is done on a manual upload, this can take a serious amount of time to input or when picking the 'copy from' function, all questions are pulled through, sometimes with some questions no longer being relevant.


My suggestion would be to have in the settings of the ATS, the option to upload different sets of questions, dependant on the role chosen or dependant on the organisation the role is for.


We currently have two different companies under our ATS and we currently advertise for all types of different roles. Some being driving roles, some that require certain qualifications or registration, some logistics roles or some senior management roles etc.


We would be looking for a function in the settings section of the ATS, which allows us to add in a set of questions relevant to the chosen role picked, or by the chosen organisation being recruited in. A little bit like when picking the hiring managers or approvers.


This means that when the advert is raised, the right type of questions can be picked from the 'copy from questions function', which would then allow the right questions to be allocated as part of the application.



Describe the Challenge This would allow for the right type of questions to be allocated to the application dependant on role or organisation, without the need to manually upload this every time, therefore saving much precious time.
