Is there a way to update Peoples HR to show part timers hours rather then days as annual leave? We have lots of part time employees but no way of recording there annual leave as hours which we need to do so which causes issues via the system and has allowed staff to be entitled to more.

When you are creating an Employees in PeopleHR, you are able to specify if the Employee Annual Leave entitlement is measured in Hours or Days.
Also, you can update the Measurement unit for Employees Annual Leave (Hours vs Days) from the Employee Planner - Settings - Unit.
