It would be highly beneficial for the mobile users of our company to be able to review their performance on the mobile app! they are never in the office nor have laptops at home so to enable this feature would mean quicker, easier, adapatable performance reviews and would encourage users to finalise them as soon as they are issued!

it's crucial to include blue-collar workers in these processes - they don't have the same access to PC's as office workers, and this is a major barrier to using the system in our business, one which involves a switch to another system if improvements are not seen in this area
