It would be useful to be able to set certain fields in the built in vacancy form as mandatory (e.g. Company, Location, Department) to ensure that the form is sent to the correct approvers consistently. Likewise it would be helpful to be able to set the Job Title and Salary Range fields as drop downs to ensure consistency between our adverts and existing roles.
