Be able to add external email addresses to the system i.e. shared HR mailbox, without having to create it as an employee on PeopleHR

A number of times now we have needed to add in an email address such as HR@ or accounts@ and it's frustrating to have to use up a license for these things, especially as we have several different companies on the system which means a lot of different address for each HR or Accounts etc. We want to be able to put email addresses into things like authorisations (holidays/expenses) etc instead of choosing individual people.

Describe the Challenge More efficient system and clean data (no odd 'employee' accounts that are not actually employees)

    Having this issue at the moment so would be a great update to have.

    Agreed. It would be helpful if we could 'choose' who we send the email from, so people can also reply directly to that email.


    As we are using Ripples as part of our onboarding process, it may be that someone external needs to reply to an email automated from the Background Ripple.
