If an employee is trying to book a holiday that will exceed their holiday allowance for the year, this should not be allowed to go through and put their holiday entitlement as negative.

this has been an issue for me too, we have had a number of fixed term contract employees request holidays they havent accrued, use them all up so nothing left and in some cases, request holiday that will put them into a minus remaining balance - please do not allow this, I stumble across the minus figures during reporting times, its very frustrating as in a lot of cases the employee has been and gone.
