Allow other people other than admin to automatically upload important emails to the document section

If you want to attach specific emails to employees on PeopleHr follow the procedure. You can then automatically upload emails so they are recorded against a profile. So these will be all HR related – New Starter correspondence, Salary related, Contract termination’s etc.


The current issue is that its only Admin who is able to do this. This should be made available to line managers to also be able to automatically upload important HR related emails.


Sending an email – attaching an opening email or a response to a profile

  • From: Manager email

  • To: Valid employee email address

  • CC: Blank or anyone you want

  • BCC: inbox@peoplehr.com

  • Subject: Anything (cannot be blank)

  • Body: Anything

Forwarding an email – Attaching a historic email thread to a profile

  • From: Manager email

  • To: inbox@peoplehr.com

  • CC: Blank or anyone you want

  • BCC: Blank or anyone you want

  • Subject: [valid employee email address] Any other text you want

  • Body: Anything
