If you want to attach specific emails to employees on PeopleHr follow the procedure. You can then automatically upload emails so they are recorded against a profile. So these will be all HR related – New Starter correspondence, Salary related, Contract termination’s etc.
The current issue is that its only Admin who is able to do this. This should be made available to line managers to also be able to automatically upload important HR related emails.

CC: Blank or anyone you want
BCC: inbox@peoplehr.com
Subject: Anything (cannot be blank)
Body: Anything
From: Manager email
CC: Blank or anyone you want
