The Headcount Tool shows headcount for one date range as a summary total. It would be useful to track headcount by month. To do this you need to run the tool for each month. As this is a macro tool, I presume it could be developed so that more than one time period can be run at the same time.

yes, this should be something that is fully editable. for example by location or department and for the particular time period
Could you also make this so that you can exclude a particular job title or department from the calculations that appear in the summary. This is because out Partners do not count as employees but are included in the headcount as thy need access to the system to "manage" the employees
