Feature to automatically apply TOIL when users clock in/out and export

Users to benefit as currently tracking TOIL is manual going into each day to identify how many hours were allocated. I would rather see TOIL automatically calculated based on the clock in/out hours and displayed on the dashboard and an export of the planner to pull out the day by day hours per period splitting out TOIL and contracted hours clearly to allow for separation of positive and negative TOIL.

There should be a feature then to either enable automatic TOIL assignment (approving TOIL balance for use) or manual approval by an admin/manager.
