Only Admins in the system can access the confirmed by HR tick box, to confirm. Having everyone as ADMIN especially new starters is a security risk as they would have access to system settings, ripples and API keys and settings. This confirmed by HR is essential for staff to confirm absence and Return to works are recorded but not at the expense of opening the full system up. Can this be looked at and be able to give access to certain staff via the 'enhanced access permissions' instead of ADMINS only.

I also agree with this, we need to set admins for each of our sites however this will give them access to all settings and staff including directors and CEO, it is a Data Protection nightmare waiting to happen. It would be better if there was a super Admin, who had full access and then the general admin would only have access to what we allowed them similar to editing the access rights.
I completely agree with this! Administrators should be restricted to a small number of people. Especially when it comes to APIs or Case Logs
