Most companies will evolve overtime and the ability to make changes to the recognition platform without having to lose the historical achievements awarded to individuals would be a great enhancement.
I'm looking for the ability to archive unwanted thanks badges, but without losing the skills gained and the record of achievements that have been recognised by peers on employee records.
Can we either keep the records once added and remove completely by deleting or archive them so they are no longer available for selection to align with the strategic direction of the business.
