We want the option to add an interview date onto the candidates profile to be able to review data and create a query based on interviews held. At the moment there isn't an option to add an interview date, this is only produced when you move the candidate up the ATS pipeline and if you forget to move the candidate up the pipeline on the correct date, it adds the wrong date.

This functionality does currently exist in the ATS. If you go to an applicant's record and select into the Pipeline tab, you will see their current pipeline stage highlighted in blue. If you then select into this tab, you will see an Interview button.
By selecting this button, it will not only allow you to add in an interview date and time, but also send this as an email directly to the applicant and/or interviewer(s). When doing so, this will create an ICS file (calendar reminder) that can be added straight into the recipients calendar.
If you don't wish to send an email, to get the date recorded I would advise sending yourself an email in this instance to ensure this is recorded against the applicant's record.
This data will become a reportable field that shows in the query builder. This allows you to report on Interview Date, Interview Time, Interviewer and also Interview Status which will show whether the position has been filled or not. You will find all these options under the Applicant category in the query builder.
