When we have on-site interviews, it is often useful to share a candidate's CV with the wider team involved in the on-site interview (i.e. not just the Hiring Manager(s) involved in the process).
To do this, the current solution suggested by Support is to download the CV and share as an attachment via email. This is not a sensible solution as it creates significant risk from a GDPR perspective - if a candidate's personal details are shared widely, and also if a candidate requests their data is deleted (as is their right under GDPR). With the current ATS solution, it would be difficult to prove that all copies of the CV had been deleted and may risk non-compliance with GDPR
