at the moment employees can see 'daily cost of absence' over 52 weeks from the day they joined. we do not calculate it like this and therefore the cost of absence varies from what is on People HR, and the solution given to us by 'support' is to explain to people how we calculate it, which means that payroll needs to have the same conversation very month with different people. this should not be the case and there should be an option of not having it visible or to be able to amend it to reflect the organisational calculations.
Describe the Challenge | 1 the cost of absence of each employee will match what the employee sees on their payslip, payroll will not need to have repeated conversations about why the cost of absence is different. |
