Add Job Role as an input field to exclude groups from authorisation rules

We have 50± Job Roles in our organisation and need to create different authorisation rules based on Job Roles. Currently, if an authorisation rule only applies to a few Job Roles, we have to create two rules - one to include those Job Roles and another for all the other Job Roles. In creating the latter rule, we often have to select more than 45 + Job Roles individually, which is time-consuming and prone to error. Having the option to exclude Job Roles will make it easier to create authorisation roles based on job roles.
