at the moment i need to add documents to different tab and Right to work to different tab. I would like for a documents added to documents section, marked as right to work, to be automatically displayed in Employment part of People HR ensuring that the work of system admin is not doubled and auditing is streamlined.

I would like the RTW section to be available to managers - our managers are carrying out the check so they should be able to complete the information, confirm they've carried out the check and upload the documentation. As it stands now there is too much emphasis on HR being the admin person and being tied to scanners and filing tasks which as a standalone I don't have time to do and its meant to be a self service system but this is not the case in reality - same with reports - managers can't run anything and I'm being asked for reports and this is adding to my workload and definitely not reducing it
