When I try to use the data on the dashboard for board reporting, the statistics don't read well. Your average for Absence, salary rises and absences is showing at 2.50%. Where is this data coming from? Also, are you including all absences or just sickness? We're showing a 31% absence against your average of 2.50%, but when I check the real sickness data we're sat at below 1%

It would be really useful to know where the data behind the 'Reports' is coming from and how it is calculated. The ability to be able to put a date range in would be great, i.e. i've just done board report for turnover for Jan - June, but the report has included a future leaver in the calculation, so isn't showing a true number. An as-at date woudl be useful.
