Other Events Sync with Calendar Function

It would be really useful to have an option to "not" sync to calendar within the planner - "Other Events" e.g. Sync with Calendar Yes/No or preferably, a tick box - Do not Sync to Calendar.

Describe the Challenge We are trying to find a way for employees to log that they are working from home on a designated office day but do not want their calendar blocked out for the whole day as showing "away".
