Currently, the system provides options to control the visibility (by the manager) of details like Date of Birth (DOB) and salary. However, gender and nationality are not included in these options. Given the potential for allegations of racism and bias, it is imperative to review and enhance the system to include these details in the privacy settings.
Current Functionality: No option to hide gender and nationality from managers.
Proposed Enhancement: Introduce options to control the visibility of gender and nationality in the same manner as DOB and salary.
