Bulk action - salary missing option to record effective date

When using the bulk action to change salaries, there is no option to specify the effective date of the change. Sometimes, there is a slight delay in uploading data to PHR, or the salary increase decision is backdated. Although we can use the bulk action to update salaries, we still have to manually adjust the effective date for each employee afterward.

Describe the Challenge The lack of an option to specify the effective date. Although the bulk action allows for updating salaries for multiple employees at once, it requires manually adjusting the effective date for each employee afterward. This extra step is time-consuming and inefficient, potentially leading to errors and inconsistencies in salary records

The lack of an effective date for the bulk action to update salaries is a massive oversight by the developers. Everything in HR is date driven!!!

Please make this a priority as manually updating salaries is not efficient and the opportunity for errors is massive but could be avoided by this one change
