When an employee updates important personal information, such as Name, contact number, address, or bank details, a notification should be sent to Admin, so that they may advise Payroll, update any benefits etc.
Describe the Challenge | Without notification of a change, things can be missed and result in delays, or someone not being paid. |
We don't have the Ripple function within our package but will take note of the self service button.

PeopleHR has a Notifications section where you, as an Admin, are notified of the changes that the employees make to their accounts as self-service actions (e.g. updates to the address, bank account, phone number, other names, known as, etc.).
To get there, click Access Button, click Employee and then click the bell icon.
We would like to understand how you use this section at the moment and where you would like to see improvements.

Hi Natalie, i have tackled this by using ripples - query to find any updates to certain fields = TODAY and then a ripple to email out to certain areas :) Hope this helps.
