Setting a time schedule for the Missed Clock Report

One of the available requests that can be scheduled within People HR is the 'Missed Clock Reports', but it is set to only run at 8AM each day - why is this, as the report in this state is unusable.


We have staff that typically start after 8:30am in the business, so these clocks are completely missed from the report, and make it seem that on a daily basis the staff haven't clocked into the office at all.


This is a huge omission that needs to be rectified. Additionally, this report needs to account for staff that are marked as holiday or sick, since this also shows up as a 'missed clock'.

Describe the Challenge We have multiple clock-in stations on a large industrial estate. In order to effectively manage staff attendance, this report would give us a visual of who is here, and who is not, so managers can take action decisively. The fact that this cannot be done easily in an automated way currently makes this difficult when staff manage many team members. To make the report half way usable, we need to be able to set the time that this report sends, because it's currently showing users not clocked in every day.
