When staff request annual leave, the system shows who has leave booked at that same time & also who has leave booked coming up after the leave that has been requested. It would be most helpful if the system would also show who is on leave prior to the annual leave that has been requested. This will flag up if staff are trying to book more than the 10 days that is allowed at one time. If staff require more than 10 days off they have to request this in writing & it gets looked into & dealt with accordingly.
