There should be no limit of 7 hours 30 minutes in the "No Work Pattern" option in the holiday planner. The whole point of having a 'no work pattern' is to have the flexibility.
| Describe the Challenge | Please can you remove the maximum daily amount in “No Work Pattern” to keep it open. Currently when an employee books a Full Day using “No Work Pattern”, they can change the auto filled 7 hours 30 minutes to their daily hours of 12 hours (they are shift workers and work 12 hours days). However, when they try to book a full day off using their Holiday balance and TOIL balance it doesn’t allow them to do it as using the “Less than a Day” option for an AM timeslot and then again for a PM timeslot will not allow them to go above the current default time of 7 hours 30 minutes. It’s so frustrating as what I have to do as an Admin is move their TOIL hours to their Holiday balance hours so they can book the Full Day off!! Please can this be fixed without delay an “No Work Pattern” means to means that we should be able to book in whatever pattern we need/want, surely! Thanks in advance. |
