Our staff accumulate TOIL in hours rather than days and because we're part of a group who have already set the TOIL within the holidays tab to 'days' we can't toggle this to 'hours', so have to use the ' other entitlements' tab to record TOIL in hours. When using the App, they are unable to see their TOIL balance so it's not as easy to use on the go as we'd hoped. It would be really helpful for the 'use TOIL balance' to show when an employee wants to book another entitlement, in the same way it does when currently booking holiday on the App, especially as the function is available on the desktop, it makes sense to be able to have it on the App too!
