Our night shift workers are unable to book holidays over a weekend as too many days holidays are booked. I have set up the work pattern, they finish at 6am on a Friday morning and the system then books a Friday as holiday but this is incorrect. The day holiday needs to be Thursday only (when they start shift at 10pm) and then this will cover Friday too. If someone wants to book 2 weeks hol, they have to send through 2 requests split over 2 weeks so 2 separate approvals for the manager.
