adding Fixed Term End Date or additional field to Employees list

When viewing the list of employees the current field listed are Name, ID, Location, Department, Job Role and Length of service. Would love to add Fixed Term End date so by clicking on it to sort we can see at a glance who's contracts are coming to an end.

Maybe we could have a blank column where we could choose our own visible info to sort by on this screen so it stays flexible for different companies. We never use the ID column so would happily switch it out

Describe the Challenge With a lot of employees on Fixed Term, project related contracts it would be useful to see this info in the Employee's list so we can see the overview of contract end dates without having to run a report each time
