Managers should have access to lock and unlock days for their department or at least be able to be nominated to do so with 'enhances user access' as they are the ones approving and declining holiday requests. Admin users (HR) do not always manage rotas or the calendar enough to have to check this daily in order to ensure sufficient staffing

It would be useful if you can lock days per location as we close between Christmas and new year and manage the absence for staff but does not apply to other countries using PHR. This would help ROW book leave normally and restrict UK staff from removing the mandatory absence or any company days throughout the year per location.
