Approver comments available to Query on

I would like to report on the reasons for approval or rejection form timesheets.

I am able to include the comments entered by the employee when entering the timesheet - field name = Timesheet Comments.

However, there is no option to add the Approver comments within Queries even though it is a field on the record.
