Currently we only have access to display a job board of external vacancies that we upload on our ATS. However for vacancies marked as "Internal" only, this does not display on the centralised job board.
| Describe the Challenge | As internal promotions and career development is crucial in our business, currently I am not able to share a link of a centralised list of all internal vacancies with my business, I am having to send specific links to every role, making this a very manual task. Additionally our team members often cannot locate our vacancies as the internal opportunities are not showing on the job board and other external platforms. |
