Timesheet option for monthly

Please could Timesheets / Assignments have the option for monthly. We have employees on Zero hours contracts who need to submit a time sheet to their manager once a month and the managers won't want to have to approve each week. Also timesheets need to be locked once approved. Ability to report for payroll is required as well.
