Give Managers Default Access To the Employment Tab

As the employment tab contains information about probation, which is crucial to a manager, we believe this should be made available by default to managers, to be able to view this tab for their team members

Currently, it must be accessed by updating the access rights, which either means that they can view this tab for everyone, or access rights must be limited to just their team, which limits all access to everything to just their team members.
