Ability to Bulk email ALL Applicants / bulk Delete in Talent Pools across multiple vacancies

Currently you can bulk email and bulk delete applicants using vacancy pipeline. However, would be useful to be able to use the 'Talent Pool' applicant section of ATS to view ALL applicants in talent pools on any vacancy. using filters to filter out perhaps specific vacancies / vacancy status'.

Also useful to bulk delete applicants held across multiple talent pools to allow for deleting data after a period of time to confirm with GDPR rules without having to change vacancy status to see in pipeline and then bulk delete there.
