Giving access to certain employees to access certain areas, such as a logbook, allows them to view ALL employees in the system, including Future Start's. you can exclude specific employees but then would have to go back to edit rights for each employee and remove the 'future start' names once they started.
It would be useful to have an exclude option, like with team and location to exclude all 'Future Starts' (would be pulled from Length of Service field), to ensure confidential new starters are not seen in advance, but remove the admin of managing this

Does anybody know if there is any update on this please? In addition to hiding new starters from existing employees, we would also like to restrict future starter access to certain parts of the system until their first day of employment.
