Planner can be difficult for our managers to read. In comparison to the legacy product Team Seer where you can see all employees in your team line by line and clearly see their availability across the calendar at the same time.
In order to improve this it would be good to be able to change the 'sort' of how the list format of absences shows (when you are in planner and click on the month). At the moment it shows in alphabetical order employees names and their absences for the month.
