Staff would like to be able to view working from home occasions in the company planner.
| Describe the Challenge | We currently include this as a reason under 'other events' of which the reasons are not visible in the company planner (due to some sensitive types of leave). An additional row for working from home (and therefore not included as an 'other event') would make it easier for our reception staff and colleagues to view an employees working location. |
This would be so useful IF it could be added as a separate row AND included in the planner. As we have multiple locations, If (as per another request) individuals can see planners across a department or location, we would be more effective as a business if we could see where individuals were on a day-to-day basis. WFH is now a very common working pattern, and understanding an employee's whereabouts would be helpful when arranging meetings
