Option to turn off the pop-up suggesting other tasks when updating the salary

There should be an option to turn off the pop-up that comes up when you update someone's salary. I know that it suggests useful things, and some users may find that helpful, but my company does not use those features so it is merely annoying and extra clicks to press cancel every single time. When I have to update every person's salary in April that is going to be a lot of extra clicks for 100+ employees. Please can this be an option to turn it off somewhere in settings. Then companies that do find it useful can have it, but those who don't can get rid of the pop-up and save my sanity and wrist doing the extra clicks.
