Add a selected area for case closed date and case closed by

On the queries function under HR Admin, I would like to be able to pull a report on the HR cases we have, specifically wanting to filter this report by the areas of Case closed by and case closed date. These two filters do not currently exist but these would be very useful for us to see. We usually track how long our HR cases are open for to be timely when dealing with HR matters so this would be very useful if the system logged this information. It is also important to see who closes a case in case we need to know who signed off the case as complete.
