Consultants being able to add Comments in a Sickness

Currently a Consultant to a company using PeopleHR cannot add comments to an employees sickness. This would greatly benefit companies where they outsource their HR function.

Describe the Challenge

To fully utilise the system the consultant would need someone within the company to add comments and this is a waste of everyones time
