Move Data to a new field in PeopleHR

I've uploaded Employee DBS and Right to Work documents into their Documents section, and just realised in Employment there is a Background Check and Right to Work field - is there a way to bulk move data within fields from one section to another instead of my having to go into each employee and re uploading again?
