Add link in approved leave emails to add to Outlook Calendar (.ics)

When a user receives an approved leave e-mail (holiday or other event) there should be a link (.ics) to add the holiday in their Outlook Calendar.

Benefit is to quickly add the event to their Outlook Calendar. An ics would work with other calendars (google)
