Smoother set up process for notifications in ATS

When setting up the notifications for a new vacancy in the ATS the entire list of administrators (currently about 15 for my company) comes up and either you have to remove them one by one or you have to close the draft and reopen, at which point only the hiring team and lead administrator remain. Our current rather unsatisfactory solution is to draft the listing without a hiring team, select the pipeline stages that need notifications, close the draft and reopen, add the hiring team and then add them individually to the relevant notifications (which in itself is a very clumsy operation). It would be more logical to be able to add the hiring team at the start (as per the order of tabs) and then for each notification be able to tick/select the relevant people in one go from a dropdown list.
